Who is responsible

This notice describes how YardRomp handles information submitted through www.yardromp.com and related sales channels. YardRomp is an outdoor-play manufacturer and supplier in Chenghai District, Shantou, Guangdong, China. For privacy questions use [email protected] or the contact form.

The website is built for business buyers. It is not a consumer store and it does not collect payment-card data online.

Information we may receive

We receive what you choose to send in an enquiry, quotation request, WhatsApp message, email or sample brief. Typical fields include name, business email, company, country, product category, quantity, packing preference, destination market, attached files and the SKUs saved in the inquiry cart.

• Identity and business contact: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country.
• Project details: category, photos, SKU references, quantity, timing, Incoterm preference, document needs.
• Technical traces needed to run the site: IP address, browser type, security logs, and form-protection fields used to reduce spam.
• Optional files: logos, packaging drafts, test reports or purchase lists you attach.

How it is used

We use this information to understand the project, prepare a relevant product shortlist or quotation, coordinate samples, packing and documents, and keep a record of what was requested. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not publish a message as a public review or case study without permission.

• Reply to wholesale, OEM, sample and document requests.
• Match SKUs, MOQ, packing and files to the destination market you named.
• Protect the site against spam and abuse.
• Keep a commercial file for a live project until the discussion ends or an order is closed.

Who may see it

YardRomp sales and project staff handling your brief. Email and WhatsApp are delivered through those providers. Hosting and security may be provided by our website and CDN partners, including Cloudflare. Logistics, testing labs or packing vendors only receive what is needed for a confirmed sample or order, not your full enquiry history.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the company in a genuine dispute. We do not pass your details to unrelated consumer advertisers.

Where it is processed

YardRomp is based in China. If you write from another country, your message is transferred to China to be answered. WhatsApp, email and Cloudflare may process data in other regions under their own terms. Send only business information you are allowed to share.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept as long as they are useful for the project or as required for accounting and dispute handling on a later order. You can ask us to update a contact, send a copy of what you submitted, or stop sales follow-up on a closed brief. Write to [email protected] with enough detail to find the request. We may keep a minimal record of the request itself.

The site is not directed at children. Do not submit personal data about children in an enquiry.

Security

The public site is served over HTTPS. Forms include basic spam checks. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Prefer the form or business email for structured briefs; WhatsApp is convenient for follow-up, not for payment-card numbers.
