About this website

These terms apply to www.yardromp.com. The site presents outdoor-play products and manufacturer services from YardRomp in Chenghai, Shantou, for wholesale, OEM, private-label and program buyers. Browsing the site does not create a purchase contract.

If these terms conflict with a signed purchase order, proforma invoice or sales contract, the written commercial document controls for that order.

Product information

Product pages, collections and guides support discovery. Names, photos, dimensions, materials, age guidance, MOQ ranges and document examples are offered in good faith and may change with tooling, packing or market rules.

Final specifications, artwork, warnings, testing files, price, quantity, Incoterms and the ship window are confirmed in writing for the selected SKU and destination. A sample that has not been approved in writing is not the production standard.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting a form, RFQ or WhatsApp message is a request for information. It does not reserve capacity and it does not bind either party. A quotation is an invitation to continue the discussion unless it states a validity date and the buyer accepts it in writing.

An order begins only after the parties confirm the commercial and product details in writing. Payment methods are agreed on the order. This website does not collect checkout payments.

Samples, documents and intellectual property

Sample cost, freight and whether the fee is credited against bulk are stated on the sample quote. Test reports, CPC, CE DoC and similar files are SKU- and market-specific; an example PDF on this site is not a certificate for every item.

YardRomp retains its product designs, photos and site copy. Do not copy listing text or images for a competing catalogue without permission. Do not send logos or licensed characters unless you have the right to use them. We may refuse artwork we cannot verify.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for lawful wholesale sourcing. Do not scrape the catalogue in a way that overloads the server or republish it as your own store.
• Do not submit false company details, malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• We may refuse or remove access to forms if they are used for spam.

Liability

The website is provided as a sourcing aid. To the extent permitted by law, YardRomp is not liable for decisions made only from a web page without a written confirmation. Product liability, shortage, quality and delay for a shipped order follow the purchase order or sales contract, not this page.

Third-party sites we link to, including WhatsApp, are outside our control.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved in writing may be brought in the courts of Shantou, Guangdong, unless a later contract names another forum.
