Buyer solution

Outdoor-play purchasing for camps, resorts and schools

Purchasing teams lock quantity, packing, documents and a delivery window โ€” not a session plan. Send market, quantity and pack preference. We return MOQ, case pack and refill options on the same quote.

What we do for camp, resort and school purchasing

Purchasing offices buy outdoor play as a repeat order: quantity, pack format, durability, spare parts, documents and a delivery window. The quote is built around those fields, not around a session plan.

A camp operator, a resort buyer and a school purchasing office do not share the same pack or replenishment cycle. Tell us the destination market, quantity and whether you need bulk packing or a color box. We return MOQ, case pack and refill options on the same shortlist.

Institutional purchasing path

The order is locked the same way as other wholesale programs: brief, shortlist, sample, documents, then repeat quantity on the same spec.

01

Same day

Send the purchasing brief

Buyer type, destination market, category or reference, estimated quantity, pack preference and delivery window. Incomplete briefs get a missing-item list the same day.

02

1 business day

Shortlist with commercial fields

Each SKU comes with MOQ range, case-pack direction, pack format and whether spare parts can ship on the same PO.

03

3โ€“12 working days

Sample and spec lock

Approve the product, packing and age-grade labeling in writing. Unwritten comments do not enter production.

04

After approval

Documents, terms and ship window

Applicable files for the selected SKU and market, EXW or FOB terms, and the sailing plan against your warehouse date.

05

Next intake

Repeat and refill

The locked specification is reused. Replacement and refill quantities are quoted with the main set when the SKU allows it.

How the order usually differs

The channel changes packing and replenishment. The purchasing fields stay the same.

Camp operators

Seasonal quantity, bulk or simple export packing, spare parts on the same PO.

Resorts

Replenishment of lost parts, mixed-carton rules, and a delivery window before peak season.

Schools / purchasing offices

Repeat-use construction, destination-market files, and delivery before term starts.

What to confirm before you order

Age grade and warnings stay on the specification as labeling, not as a session plan.

What to send for a purchasing shortlist

  • Buyer type: camp operator, resort, school, distributor or purchasing office
  • Destination market and delivery window
  • Category or reference products, estimated quantity and target price position
  • Pack preference: color box, bulk, or private label
  • Whether you need spare parts, refill SKUs or mixed cartons
  • Required documents for the destination market

Questions buyers ask before they enquire

Can we mix SKUs in one carton?

Sometimes, when material and packing allow it. Water, battery and RC items are packed separately unless the factory confirms otherwise.

Do you quote spare parts on the same PO?

Yes, when the SKU allows it. Refill and replacement quantities sit on the same quote as the main set.

Are water toys sold as life-saving products?

No. Water-play products are not flotation or life-saving equipment.
