How shipping is confirmed
YardRomp is a B2B outdoor-play manufacturer and supplier. Ocean or air freight, destination port and delivery windows are confirmed per purchase order — not as a fixed retail shipping rate at checkout.
Catalog figures are typically EXW or FOB Shantou / Shenzhen reference points. CIF is discussed when you have a destination and volume. Final freight, carrier and Incoterms are written on the sales confirmation.
Lead time
Ready-product bulk is typically 15–30 days after approval. Custom color, packaging or new-sample paths are typically 25–40 days. Both are confirmed per SKU. The binding schedule is the one on the PI, not the range on this page.
Packing and mixed cartons
Case pack, carton size and mixed-carton rules sit on the quote. Water, battery and RC items are packed separately unless the factory confirms otherwise. Carton marks and documents follow the destination market.
No published flat shipping rate
Because destination, mode and carton volume change by buyer, YardRomp does not publish a free or fixed shipping price on product pages. The shippingRate value of 0 in structured data means no retail checkout fee is collected online. Request a freight estimate with destination, quantity and preferred Incoterm.
Questions buyers ask before they enquire
Can I ship FOB Shenzhen?
Yes. EXW or FOB Shantou / Shenzhen are the usual terms. CIF is discussed when destination and volume are known. Payment and trade methods are flexible and follow your preferred terms.
Who books the forwarder?
Either party, as written on the order. Tell us the forwarder contact when you want the factory to prepare cartons to their instruction.
Where are carton and MOQ details?
On Packaging, MOQ and shipping, then confirmed per SKU on the quote.
