Buyer solutions

Start from how you buy, then lock SKUs, packing and documents

The same outdoor toy can be a shelf item, a camp activity or a private-label listing. Send the channel, the activity setting or the brand path first. We return a shortlist you can act on, not a catalog dump.

Outdoor toy samples and packing notes on a range-planning table

Pick the buying path before you pick SKUs

The same outdoor toy can be a garden-center shelf item, a camp activity or a private-label listing. The first decision is which job it has. Send that job with the brief so the shortlist, packing and documents match the way you actually buy.

If you already know the category, go to products. If you know the channel or the activity setting, stay on this page and open the matching solution. Either route can end in one RFQ.

Three paths, three first outputs

Use the path that matches how the product will be sold or used. Do not start with an unfiltered catalog dump.

Retail and distribution

Use this if you buy for a store, distributor catalog or e-commerce shelf. First output: a shortlist with SKU roles, MOQ range and pack options.

Camps, resorts and schools

Use this if you buy for a program, resort shop or school purchasing office. First output: a shortlist with MOQ, case pack, spare-part options and a delivery window.

Brands and e-commerce

Use this if the box carries your brand. First output: the OEM route — color, logo, box language, or extra review items.

What changes by buyer type

Ranges are a starting point. The quotation states the applicable SKU conditions.

Send this in the first brief

A complete brief gets a first reply in one business day. Missing items delay the shortlist, not the first acknowledgement.

  • Who you are: retailer, distributor, brand, camp, resort, school or other
  • Where it sells or runs: country and channel or activity setting
  • When you need it: in-store date, program start or launch window
  • What you need: category, photo, SKU list or play type
  • How many: quantity, and whether it repeats next season
  • How it packs: color box, polybag, private label, or not sure yet
  • What files you need: EN71, ASTM/CPC, CE DoC, or a market list

What happens in the first five working days

You do not need a finished SKU list to start. You do need the buying context.

01

Missing-item list

Same day

If the brief is incomplete, you get the questions that block a useful shortlist: channel, quantity, market or pack format.

02

Path and shortlist

1 business day

We name the path (retail, program or OEM) and return SKUs with a job, MOQ range and sample route.

03

Pack and document check

Day 2–3

Case pack, mixed-carton rules, and which files apply to the selected SKU and destination market.

04

Sample path

Day 3–7

Stock sample 3–7 working days. Color or packaging sample 7–12. New development 12–20.

05

Order lock

After approval

Specification, quantity, packing, terms and ship window. QC checkpoints follow the locked spec.

Questions buyers ask before they enquire

I know the product but not the channel. Where do I start?

Start on Products, then tell us who will sell or run it. Channel changes packing and documents even when the SKU stays the same.

Can one RFQ cover retail and camp?

Yes, if you mark which SKUs are shelf items and which are program sets. Mixed cartons are still reviewed by material family.

Do I need artwork before the first shortlist?

No. Artwork is required before packaging production, not before the first SKU direction.

Are water toys sold as flotation products?

No. Water-play products are not life-saving equipment.
